How to report an issue
Email swati@ymedia.io with the article URL, the statement you believe is wrong, and a reliable source or explanation. We read every substantive request.
What happens next
We review the cited material and, when needed, consult the writer or relevant editor. Material corrections are made in the article and accompanied by a correction note. Small typographical or clarity edits may be made without a note.
Updates and removals
A developing story may be updated as facts become clearer. We do not remove accurate public-interest reporting merely because it is inconvenient; exceptional privacy or safety concerns are assessed individually.
